About Us

For over 30 years, Delinda Hernandez has prepared food for weddings, parties and banquets in her spare time. She has worked as a Food Service Manager for a local Conference Center and for the last 16 years for a Travel and Event Management company. In November 2008 she decided to combine all the things she loves into one Catering and Event Management Company called The Four Roses.

With a desire for excellence in even the smallest detail, you will be more than satisfied in whatever service The Four Roses provides. Catering from box lunches, to formal full service events and everything in between tops the list of services The Four Roses provides. Our Event & Travel Management offers a variety of service options. Decoration Implementation, Salon and Massage Services, Floral, Music, Photography and Travel services are available. The Four Roses also offers our Garden Venue for events of up to 200 guests and our rustic Mountain Venue for events up to 250 guests.
