The Fellowship Hall at the First Baptist Church of Cambria looked amazing for the Valentine banquet. Following a spread of assorted hor d’oervers and sparkling cider, the menu included The Four Roses Specialty Salad and a choice of three entrees, Chicken Roulade, Beef Wellington or Hazelnut Glazed Salmon, each served with a bouquet of asparagus and feta mashed potatoes. Apple Blossoms in a cloud of whipped cream were served for dessert.

I’ve actually been in that room before, and I’ve never seen it look like that. I’ve also never been to a church dinner that had food that looked like that. Awesome.
